I lost my password.
To have your Angelfire password sent to the email account you registered with, please click here.
For your security, we are only permitted to release account information to the registered email address. See the FAQ below concerning how to update your email address on your account.
*Please note: Since the redesign of Angelfire's website in February of 2005, entering a preceeding / before your membername will not allow you to login to the site.
For example, entering /member/name as your membername will no longer work.
You need to enter this as member/name in order to properly login. The preceeding / is no longer supported and the error message that you will see is membername not found.

When logging in, the page simply refreshes
This is generally caused by one of two things:
- A Firewall on your computer, preventing access to our login site. You need to make sure that your firewall is configured to allow access to the website registration.lycos.com. This is the URL of the page that logs you into your account. If your firewall prevents access to that URL, you won't be able to login.
- Blocking cookies on Angelfire. If you block cookies from being stored on your computer, our system can't tell whether or not you actually logged in. This would also cause the page to "refresh", but not log you in.
If you're unsure how to configure your firewall, please contact the provider of that firewall. (Generally Microsoft, Norton, McAfee, or Zone Alarm).
If you're unsure how to allow cookies on your browser, please read the "Help" documentation for that specific browser, as the process varies.

Lost Membername?
The directory name pretty/flowers and the member name pretty/flowers are interchangeable.
If you've changed your email address since you signed up, and can't login, we'll need you to send us some information by using the "Ask A Question" tool.
To update your registered email address, please provide Customer Service with following information:
- Your login name (this is your membername, the name you use to login)
- The date of birth you registered with
- The street address you registered with
- The new email address you'd like on file for your account.
Please note: If you're unable to provide the requested information to us, we will not make any changes to the account information in question.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, you'll need to know your existing password.
Login to your account, and click on "My Account".
Scroll about half way down the page, you'll see "Change your member information (password, e-mail address, etc.)", click that link.
On the next page you will be able to change your membership information, including your email address and password.
Click the Confirm button at the bottom of the screen to complete the changes.

"This Page Cannot Be Displayed" error
Please verify that the settings for your software applications are set to allow cookies from our website(s), as well as not restricting access to those same website(s).
If you are unsure how to use that particular software application, we would suggest that you contact the manufacturer/provider of that software, as they are more familiar with it, and would be able to assist you better than we could.

Unsubscribe from Emails
When logged into your Angelfire account, please navigate to your "My Account" page.
At the bottom of this page, you will see the "Newsletter Subscriptions" section. Click the "View and Update" link.
From this page, you should see the "Marketing Preferences" section.
Check each item below if you would like to receive the email or click it off if you no longer wish to receive the emails.
