What is a photo album URL?
This can be any location you choose. The only thing to remember it so not specify a URL that's already being used by something else in your account (ie; /images, etc). Doing so may overwrite the contents of that folder. If that happens, we won't be able to restore any of those files for you.

Captcha Implementation - Angelfire Photo Albums Captcha Implementation
What does that mean for you?
Less spam comments in your albums, on your photos.
The CAPTCHA feature will require "real" people to enter a verification code, before submitting their comments. This should cut down on a vast majority of the automated spam bots leaving comments on your photo albums.
We're hoping this added security will help reduce the amount of unsavory, and unrelated comments that get left on your blogs and photo albums by automated machines. Our goal is to create a more user-friendly experience on your photo albums.
If this release goes well, we'll be adding this functionality to other areas of Angelfire (and eventually Tripod as well), over the next few months.
If you run into any issues with your Photo Album, please Ask a Question to let us know about your issues. Please be sure to indicate that your problem is with Angelfire Photo Albums and the CAPTCHA functionality specifically. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, to help us track down the bug.

How do I get started with a photo album?
If you have your photos on your computer, even better.
You'd need to first make sure that you've got a Photo Album created in your Angelfire account. If you don't, you can easily create one by clicking on the "Photo Album" link, when logged in.
If you don't have an album set up already, you'll be prompted to do so. (Follow the onscreen steps, to create the album).
If you do have a photo album set up, simply click on the image/link that says "Add Images". Once the page loads, you'll see the uploading page. To add an image, click the "browse" button, and find the picture you'd like to upload, on your computer. Click "Done", when you've found it.
You'll see it in the "Preview" area, once you select it. Make sure that's the image you want to upload.
Use the "title" area to input the title for your image, and you can also put in a caption, to display to visitors of your photo album.
Once you've entered all your photos into the uploader tool, click the "Upload" button, outlined in red, at the bottom left of the page. this will show you the "dancing bunny", while your photos are being uploaded.
Once the photos are done, you'll receive a successful notice that they were uploaded successfully. After that, the images are available online, in your album.

Can I change the appearance of my photo album?
When you're viewing the Photo Album manager tool, you can select either "Change Appearance", "Change Settings" or "Advanced Customization".
Change appearance will allow you to simply select a new pre-made layout for your photo album.
Change settings will allow you to change basic settings about your photo album. (URL, Title, Caption, E-mail address for comments notifications, TimeZone, etc)
Advanced Customization (recommended for advanced users only), will allow you to make changes to the CSS (color scheme) for your photo album. This will allow you to change almost everything about your blog. We strongly recommend making a backup of this file (copy into Notepad on your computer) before making any changes, in the event you need to go back to a working copy of the file.
