If you're unable to have the password e-mailed to you, because you've changed your email address, you'll need to contact Customer Support to update your alternative e-mail address.
Click "Open New Support Ticket" above, select "Lycos Mail" from the "Category" drop down, and provide the following information.

1) Your Lycos Mail membername (the name you use to login)
2) Your name
3) Your Old e-mail address on file.
4) The e-mail address you want us to update the account information to.
5) Your registered street address
6) Your Registered birthdate.

*Note: If you're unable to provide enough information to prove ownership of the account in question, Customer Support reserves the right to refuse your request to change the account information.
